Aqua Zumba® is a pool party workout for all ages. This is a safe, effective and challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba® formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines.
AQUA DEEP
Aqua Deep is an energetic workout focused on strengthening and increasing your cardio output in the deep water. The deep water allows for a great core workout and gives you more range of motion without the stress on the joints. It is an excellent class for those desiring to get in a good overall workout. It is also suitable for the cross-trainer or rehabilitating athlete.
AQUA PILATES
Aqua Pilates applies the principals of Pilates to the aquatic environment, utilizing the resistance of the water to target the muscles required to support core strength and good posture while developing a strong and flexible body that moves with ease and grace. The class is beneficial for all levels, beginner to advanced.
AQUA FREESTYLE
