AQUA CORE
Strengthen your core, improve your balance, and challenge your whole body in this energizing, 45 minute water workout. Aqua Core focuses on Stabilizer muscles, core strength, and balance, using a variety of props and exercises to keep every class fresh and effective. All levels welcome - modifications and progressions are always offered.
AQUA ZUMBA®
An energetic party-in-the-pool workout for all ages! Using the benefits of water resistance, we integrate the Zumba® formula and fun music to work the whole body. Get a great workout while having a blast!

Aqua Deep is an energetic workout focused on strengthening and increasing your cardio output in the deep water. The deep water allows for a great core workout and gives you more range of motion without the stress on the joints. It is an excellent class for those desiring to get in a good overall workout. It is also suitable for the cross-trainer or rehabilitating athlete.

Aqua Pilates applies the principals of Pilates to the aquatic environment, utilizing the resistance of the water to target the muscles required to support core strength and good posture while developing a strong and flexible body that moves with ease and grace.
