Members who know what they are doing succeed. We believe members succeed when they have variety over the long haul. We know that members who work out with friends or in community are in it for the long haul. We know that achieving your fitness goals, lowering your BMI, fighting obesity, toning muscles and training your heart is the number one best medicine on the planet.
So part of being a member here is that we have you meet for one complementary hour with a personal trainer or coach. Most of these sessions are taught by Jon Westra, who has his Personal Training Certification from the National Foundation of Professional Trainers (NFPT). We try to set up an appointment when you sign up, but feel free to book an additional time with Jon.
