SMALL GROUP TRAINING Small Group Training classes allow an instructor to work closely with a small group of participants in a specialized area of instruction, making these sessions feel more like personal training with a group. We offer a variety of specialty classes. Choose the ones that work for you!
RIVERSIDE EXTREME (RX) Riverside Extreme is a small group personal training class that focuses on strength through functional training, speed/agility training and explosive/power training. The class is designed to push you beyond your comfort level and get results using TRX suspension training along with a variety of functional training tools from kettlebells to cargo nets.
TRX BASICS TRX Basics is designed to develop confidence while building strength, flexibility and endurance. You will be encouraged to push yourself, but pace yourself. Get to know the TRX suspension training system for a great full body workout.
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING Learn the techniques of Olympic Weightlifting: the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. These lifts require a combination of both strength and speed in highly-coordinated, powerful movements. In this class you will practice major lifts to develop strength, as well as accessory exercises to refine your skills.
H.I.I.T. H.I.I.T. is a circuit training, total body class that will maximize your gym time. Get the benefits of cardio and strength with fun, new High Intensity Interval Training workouts in each class. Designed to torch calories and increase lean body mass, with modifications for any fitness level.
POWER LIFTING Improve your performance on the big 3 lifts - Squat, Bench Press, and Dead-Lift by developing your technique and following a periodized training program.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING PRICES: $12 per class for 4 or more classes, paid-in-full Or only $11/class for an auto-billed recurring package of 4 or more ($20 single class drop-in)
