SMALL GROUP TRAINING
 Small Group Training classes allow an instructor to work closely with a small group of participants in a specialized area of instruction, making these sessions feel more like personal training with a group. We offer a variety of specialty classes. Choose the ones that work for you!


H.I.I.T.
H.I.I.T. is a circuit training, total body class that will maximize your gym time.  Get the benefits of cardio and strength with fun, new High Intensity Interval Training workouts in each class. Designed to torch calories and increase lean body mass, with modifications for any fitness level.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING PRICES:
​$12 per class for 4 or more classes, paid-in-full
Or only $11/class for an auto-billed recurring package of 4 or more
($20 single class drop-in)


These packages can be used in any Group Training class.
