Who is your toughest competitor? You are. Take the challenge on Challenge Wednesdays and show yourself who's boss. Each month, instructors will lead you through a new challenge that will launch you right over that hump day. Each week, you'll have the chance to beat your own scores from the week before. These instructor lead challenges are included with your membership and can be found on the group fitness schedule and the Ride schedule. Challenge Wednesday's happen at 5 am, 6:30 am, 9 am, 12:30 pm and 4 pm so there is no excuse.
