​This has been one of our
favorite things this holiday!

 
For 25 days, we are committed to going LIVE on Facebook to show you
some tips and tricks that will enrich your fitness experience.
 
So far, we have had a HIIT workout from Rachel Wright, a "how to"
set up your 
stationary bike from Peter Donovan, tips for eating well and
still loving your food 
through the holidays from Rachel Griess,
a sneak peek at our singing water 
arthritis class with Denise Hollister and a window into the FREE coaching sessions that you get as a
member from Abbey Tebb!
