​High Protein Autumn Trail Mix

Ingredients

​¼ cup maple syrup
1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 cup almonds
1/8 cup pecans
1/3 cup pistachios
1/3 cup cashews
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup dark chocolate morsels
1/3 cup dried cherries

Instructions:

Heat maple syrup over low heat in a saucepan until it boils. Add the nuts and pumpkin pie spice and cook for 15 minutes stirring constantly. Spread onto sprayed cookie sheet and let cool completely. Add chocolate and cherries and store in airtight container. Enjoy!
