New to the group fitness schedule launching on September 23 - KALAHI!
Based on the structure of a championship MMA fight, this workout combines endurance, strength, power and core. Each class consists of a 5-Round Fitness system broken down into warm up, upper body, lower body, combo round and cool down/core. Each round incorporates both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will maximize burning fat while gaining muscle.
