Kettlebells are excellent tools for developing strength, stability, and coordination. Use them for muscle stamina and cardiovascular endurance as well as speed and power development.  This sport requires accuracy and agility as well.  

Next month we are offering a kettlebell training class taught by Nic! This class will be useful to beginners who want to improve general fitness as well as people who are somewhat experienced with kettlebells and want to learn more exercises and techniques.
