MIXXEDFIT Review

"This week I decided to try a new class and I clearly picked the absolute best night to do it! Last Monday, LAUNCH DAY, I went to MixxedFit! There were about 20 people in class, and Angela was super high energy.  Even with the super packed class, Angela made sure to find every person who had never done MixxedFit before and give them a quick rundown about it so they felt more comfortable.  Her motto was “when in doubt, just step it out” and stressed that you just keep moving even if it’s not necessarily the right move.  She did great navigating the full room and, when she had some routines that regulars knew, they would get up front and demo while Angela worked her way through the room to help people in the back! 

Angela has an impressive ability to keep her energy at a maximum for the ENTIRE class, and she clearly has a large fan base.  I am super excited that this class is going to be on Monday’s now, because I think I might become a regular!"
