New Studio Schedule

As of January 2, 2014, 
Mat Pilates will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm and will be taught by Kate!

You will also see Aerial Yoga back on the schedule at 5:30 pm on Mondays and 10 am on Thursdays taught by Mandy!
