I have SilverSneakers, and am physically limited. What do you offer that would be useful but not too intense?

Hey there Judith! Great question. We have a few options for you. To start with, I would encourage you to get in touch with one of our health coaches. We offer 3 free coaching sessions to all of our members. Their job is to really set you up with what classes etc make sense for you based on your limitations, capabilities, schedules and goals. You can get set up with your appointment by simply calling Customer Service at 360-424-4200. They would love to meet with you!

Without knowing what your specific limitations are, we can recommend a few classes that are low impact: Tai Chi, Group Active, Zumba Gold, Fit for Life (in the water), Arthritis class (in the water) and TRX Gold (this is the only one that is an additional cost).
